Welcome to Dr. Amanda Mollet!

This summer we welcomed a new member to the research team, Dr. Amanda Mollet! Dr. Mollet (she/her/hers) is a researcher exploring questions of equity and inclusion in higher education from individual, organizational, and ecological perspectives.

Dr. Mollet has joined the team on a contract basis to lead a project exploring the outcomes of social science & humanity researcher applicants to assistant professor tenure-track positions.
