Dr. Amanda L. Mollet (she/her/hers) is a researcher exploring questions of equity and inclusion in higher education from individual, organizational, and ecological perspectives. She uses critical approaches to understand and examine experiences of students, faculty, and staff within higher education with a focus on identifying institutional interventions and opportunities for making higher education more accessible, affirming, and equitable for historically minoritized people. While much of her scholarship focuses on gender and sexuality, she also brings experience studying doctoral student socialization and the faculty job-search process. She joined the Faculty Job Market Collaboration on a contract in July 2022.
